Read this before you transfer anything

  • We never ask you to pay into a personal account. Not a director's account, not a realtor's account, not a staff account. Only the company account above.
  • A transfer on its own does not reserve a plot. Your plot is confirmed in writing after we receive and match your payment.
  • Speak to us before you send anything, so the correct plot and the correct amount are recorded against your name.
  • If anyone rushes you to pay today, stop and call the office on 0806 789 8622.

How to pay properly

  1. Tell us first. Message or call the office so we record which plot you are paying for and confirm the amount with you in writing.
  2. Check this page. Compare the account details you were given against the ones above. They must match exactly.
  3. Put your name in the narration. Use your full name, and your reference number if you have already submitted the subscription form. This is how we match your payment to your plot.
  4. Send us the receipt. Message the transfer receipt to 0806 789 8622 or email info@cpalgroup.com.
  5. Wait for written confirmation. We confirm receipt and your plot allocation in writing. Keep that message.

Have you completed the subscription form?

If you have not, do that first. It records your details, your plot and your next of kin, and it gives you a reference number to quote on your transfer.
